It is our desire to provide the highest quality products, service and equipment to our business relationships (Customers) in the commercial laundry, ware washing, and housekeeping industries. To fulfill this desire, we are dependent on our internal business relationships (Employees) to be focused on being like-minded and team members.
The management of this company has put their faith in Jesus Christ to provide the strength and power to lead this company and to be servants to those who are given to us to lead.

T RUTH: The Aqua Systems, Inc. culture is one that is distinguished by a determination to seek the truth in all situations. This includes fact finding and communication processes designed to determine the truth in each circumstance. Once this truth is determined, it is imperative that the leadership and culture embrace and promote this truth.
E XCELLENCE: The company’s leadership is committed to an environment of service excellence. Our goal is to be consistently productive and efficient. This drive for excellence embraces a warm and caring approach as the leadership and followers sharpen each other to meet the highest level of efficiency. A total environment of excellence requires people to care about their work, the people they communicate with, and to take full responsibility to develop their talents and eliminate weaknesses, while consistently improving their contribution to achieve team objectives. Excellence can only be achieved when each member of the Aqua Team is committed to being their best and supporting their teammates to be their best.

It is the goal of this company to insure that the integrity and intent of our marketing and sales strategy be properly represented and conveyed in the marketplace. Our core purpose is to provide our customers with “bullet proof” service to exceed their requirements and needs, thereby providing the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
M OTIVATION: Our company’s leadership is modeled on Biblical principles, with a foundation based on our leaders being servants and chosen by ordination. A servant leader’s compassion and kindness cannot be mistaken for weakness. Our servant leaders will hold themselves, each other, and all employees to the highest standards of performance, always encouraging them to step up to their next level of contribution. All of our servant leaders are responsible to be non-judgmental, open to feedback, and to stimulate candid communication to determine the truth and validity of their direction. Under this leadership style, it is the responsibility of the team to be obedient and follow the leadership once a decision has been made. This pertains to all situations and decisions, regardless of whether an individual agrees with the validity of the direction. We need all team members to embrace this new Servant Leadership Model, and to promote it so that the culture will flourish and grow.
F AITH: The leadership of the company has faith that God will supply all of our needs for the present and future for He has proven this fact time and time again throughout our company’s history. For a culture to properly follow any type of leadership, they also must have faith in those they follow. They must remain loyal to their servant leader, always respectful in questioning a leader’s direction, while remaining faithful to him.
I NTERGRITY: A cornerstone of our company culture is to seek the truth in all circumstances and situations. Integrity is determined by how we react when the truth is revealed. It is our goal to be known as a company that handles these truths with integrity, whether the truth is in our favor or not. It is the responsibility of the senior management team to guide and direct those that they serve, helping them to be productive and successful. In order to exhibit true integrity, it is our conviction that one must be balanced in all the following areas to maximize their potential: Physical, Emotional, Financial, Spiritual, Relational, and Work Ethic. We will humbly and gently help our employees to find balance in these areas.
R ESPECT: God has created all men and women equal. He states this, as does the Constitution of the United States of America. In light of this, it is our desire to interact with all people with a respect owed to them as part of God’s creation. We embrace the Golden Rule, treating all people the way we want to be treated.
S URRENDER: Every person on earth has good gifts and talents as well as weak areas. It is the understanding of this leadership team that the weak areas, or reversions as we refer to them, must be acknowledged by all individuals and surrendered to the leadership team so they can help eliminate these weak areas from the organization. Each individual will be supported to develop their strengths and talents, while being coached to take full responsibility in improving their weak areas. This type of surrender and personal growth is critical to developing a culture of excellence.
T RUST AND OBEY: Webster’s defines trust as follows: “Firm belief or confidence in the honesty, integrity, reliability, and justice of another person or thing; faith; reliance.” In a productive and efficient culture, the followers must trust the honesty, integrity and reliability of the leadership team and then obey the policies and procedures laid out.
